Interestingly, human memory relies on glimmer, too. My husband is in the early stages of Alzheimer's. Not early-onset, just the run of the mill " old age" type. I've discovered that as the disease progresses, I need to provide more clues for him to recall something. You have provided me with going a little farther since you mentioned safety or well-being. I intend to add mentioning where he was or how he was feeling. Im quite sure it will bring back his recall just a bit sooner. Thanks for providing some ideas.
